Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Return of Defective Products

Customers should contact us via email at info@bazaarspoint.com if they find that the delivered items are defective or not in conformity with what was ordered. The exchange or return can be made within 30 days from the date of receipt. The customer must keep the product's identification tag and all labels, and the product must be in the same condition as it was delivered.

The customer must demonstrate that the product was defective.

Bazaarspoint.com will analyze the returned product and inform the customer of the right to a refund (if applicable) within a maximum of 15 working days. If your claim is justified, the refund of the amount paid can be made in the same manner as the initial payment or through a voucher for later use at bazaarspoint.com.

2. Return of Products Due to Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the present contract within 14 calendar days, without the need to indicate any reason. The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the day following the day on which the product was received.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify bazaarspoint.com of your decision to withdraw from the present contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or by email) to the address:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

In case of withdrawal from the present contract, all payments made will be refunded to you (with the exception of carrier costs for returning the goods, which must be borne by the Customer), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which bazaarspoint.com is informed of the decision to withdraw from the present contract, provided that the good(s) has/have already been returned.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.

Bazaarspoint.com may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods.

The right to return and withdraw from the contract only occurs if:

• The products have not been opened, used, or damaged.
• The product retains its original characteristics.
• The product is complete (e.g., both items of a pair must be returned);
• The product has the original label and labelling.

You cannot return

Products that have been adulterated.

To Return the Item

Returns are accepted if made within 14 days from the receipt of the product(s), provided that it/these is/are in the condition in which it/they was/were purchased and with label and labeling.

If you wish to exercise your right of Withdrawal from the Contract, it is necessary to inform us.

You can choose to:

Request a refund of the amount previously paid to the same payment method;

After informing us of your intention to exercise the right of Withdrawal from the order contract, you will have an additional 14 extra days to return the items in question.

The items must be sent to the address indicated on the original shipping label that was delivered to you along with your order. If you have any doubts about the said address, please contact bazaarspoint.com via the email address info@bazaarspoint.com.

The refund period will be a maximum of 14 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the items at the above-mentioned address.

The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.
